As per the description above, you want to download the Adobe ExportPDF subscription on your computer, Is that correct?

Adobe ExportPDF is an online Adobe Document Cloud service and it cannot be downloaded as an application  on a computer but can be accessed through a browser and also through desktop and mobile app Adobe Reader DC. Access the services through https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password.

You can also download the Adobe Reader DC, just "Sign-in" with your current Adobe ID and password to use the services, download the Reader through Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution
