I accidentally uploaded without signing in. Where are my files?

Hi everyone, I'm new to Adobe.

I tried to convert an assignment from PDF to Word using Online Acrobat PDF-to-Word without realizing I wasn't signed in, and it says that my file was uploaded to Cloud. What does this mean? I can't find it anywhere (since it's not in my Cloud), and I think I'm just paranoid that my homework is now floating somewhere on the internet. Is there a way to find it on whichever Cloud it's on, and delete it? Thanks.

You can't convert a PDF file using the Adobe Document Cloud without signing it, so it's either under your account, or you used some other service, in which case all bets are off.

When you use the free trial conversion the files are not saved in the cloud.
