I already paid the fee to convert documents. But the software wont let me do it & Adobe wants me to pay it again. I just paid it about 3-4 months ago.

Provided that your account is still active (you can check by logging in to www.adobe.com using your Adobe ID and password, and clicking Manage next to your subscription), it could just be that you need to sign in to ExportPDF.
From the ExportPDF website, click Sign in at the upper-right corner, and log in to the service with your Adobe ID credentials. Now, when you click ExportPDF, you'll be prompted to select PDF files to export, instead of being asked to subscribe.

This does not work.
I am having the same problems and have signed in everywhere I can. It still tells me I need to pay for a new subscription ever though I JUST paid for it.

I'm sorry that you're having trouble accessing your account. Since you said you just paid, it could be that your order is still processing (it can take up to 48 hours, though it usually doesn't take long at all.) Did you receive the account verification email? It's necessary to follow a link in that email to verify your new account. If you didn't get that email, please check your junk mail folder.
