I can not complete my renewal

I have confirmed that my credit card is operational and in good shape-

and I have an invoice on my Adobe Account that shows I paid for my renewal

But I can't get PDF Export to work- I am redirected to the "purchase" option.

Can you please help me get access to the tool I have paid for?

As I understand from the description above, you have an active subscription of Adobe ExportPDF on your Adobe ID, but you are not able to use the services, Is that correct?

The record shows that you have an active subscription of Adobe ExportPDF on your Adobe ID Using Adobe Export PDF

To use the services, you can sign in to your account at https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password.

If you are using the free desktop version of Acrobat Reader DC to use the services of ExportPDF, then make sure that you are logged in Acrobat Reader DC with your Adobe ID and password. Download Reader DC: Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

Hi Sarahf,

Please try to export the PDF in Power Point using the Adobe Reader, and let us know if you don't get the option to convert to Power Point.

It seems to be a browser issue, please try to clear the cache and cookies of the Chrome, and to test you can also try with a different browser.
