I can not open my documents in document cloud

Hola desde hace dos semanas no puedo abrir mis documentos que he guardado en la nube me dice"compruebe su coneccion a internet" ya lo me desconecte de internet me conecte otra vez y nada md sigue apareciendo lo mismo en mi celular no me aparece eso pero en mi tablet es donde no me deje ingresar y es donde yo utilizo mas esta app pienso que es mi tablet y no la app pero no se si es eso o otra cosa porfas me podrían ayudar

Are you trying to access the files on your mobile device or computer?

Try to open the files in a different browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/recent

If you are trying to access the files on the computer through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/recent  please refer to the following KB docs and try the suggestions Can't connect to Adobe.com online service
