I have the same issue since yesterday. Adobe, please help to resolve this.
Could you please let us know what happens when you try to export PDF?
Do you get any error message? If yes, please share the screenshot of the that.
To add the screenshot here, please use the insert icon provided on the reply window as shown below:
Once you click on this icon, you get a small window.
Click on Insert Image and then browse the location where you have saved the screenshot file.
Select the file and click on Open > Insert Image.
Have you tried to export PDF online here: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf?

when i click the export button, my browser opens to the page in the photo above.
It seems that you are using the desktop application to export PDF.
Please make sure that you sign-in with your Adobe ID in the application. Use the same email address and password that you have used to purchase the subscription.
Try once to export PDF online from here: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf
Once you open the link, sign in with your Adobe ID.
When you are logged in, click on Export PDF option provided in the window and check if it works properly or not.
