I cannot convert my PDF

I am trying to convert my PDF's to word and it keeps telling me to subscribe but it's already part of my account.  I had someone internally access my computer last week and try from your end for 30 minutes and couldn't figure it out.  Can i please call someone?

Could you please let us know the workflow as in how are you trying to export PDF ?

If you using it through Reader, let us know the exact version of Reader you have and  please make sure you signed in Reader , and also try to sign in and out and then try .

Try converting PDF using the browser by navigating to this link : https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf​ by logging in with your Adobe ID and password .

Let us know if you able to do it through browser .
