i cant access my pdf pack when I log in from another computer

Since you are a subscriber of PDF Pack service, so that you can access from any computer using web browser or using desktop application Adobe Reader DC.
To start using the PDF Pack on other computer, you may follow the steps suggested below-
1- PDF Pack is an online service that you can use online via: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf
2- You can also use the services through free desktop version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions
3- “Sign In”
