I cant sign a form anymore, as soon as i switch to the the fill and sign function the document goes blank. I switched to safe made and it works perfectly, but in normal operation is doesnt work

Could you please confirm the application you are using- Acrobat Reader/ Adobe Acrobat?

Are you referring to Protected Mode when you say safe mode?

Which Operating System is running on the machine?

This looks like the same issue described in these threads:

Fill & Sign Issues

Fill & Sign does not load the file and displays blank screen

Are you on a Mac or Windows machine?  It sounds like there is something you can do to fix the issue on Windows but maybe not Mac yet.

I would recommend that you respond to one of the Adobe employees in those threads who has reached out to users for further information to diagnose the issue.
