Hi Cheefookn,

As mentioned above, that you could not access the "Export PDF" after signing in. So what exactly happens when "Export" a file?

Does it give any error?

I hope you have installed the correct application Adobe Reader DC not the Adobe Acrobat DC.

If not, then install it through- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions  or use it via https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

and "Sign In" using your Adobe ID and password.

Let us know if this doesn't help.
