I'd like to cancel my monthly subscription and I've explored options how to do it. However, when I click 'Manage plan', nothing appears on the screen. I cannot contact anyone directly, either. What can I do? I do not want to pay every month for something I might need once in a while. Please, help me!

We apologize for the inconvinience caused, as per the description above you want to cancel the AdobePDF pack which is active with  your Adobe ID, Is that correct?

Please refer to the following KB doc and open it on a different browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari Cancel your membership or subscription | Adobe Acrobat, Document Cloud PDF services  || Link https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/kb/cancel-subscription-acrobat-online-services.html

If the issue persists, you may contact the Adobe Support team through Contact Customer Care  Link: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

I have also sent you the direct contact number of Adobe support via Private message, please check your email inbox.
