I'd like to cancel my monthly subscription

I'd like to cancel my monthly subscription and I've explored options how to do it. However, when I click 'Manage plan', nothing appears on the screen. I cannot contact anyone directly, either. What can I do? I do not want to pay every month for something I might need once in a while. Please, help me!
