The record shows that you have an active subscription to Adobe ExportPDF, for cancellation, please log in to Adobe.com>Manage account>Plans and Products>Click on Manage Plan for the plan you want to cancel. You can also refer to Adobe article Cancel your membership or subscription | Adobe Acrobat, Document Cloud PDF services
If you still experience any issue, you can contact the Adobe Customer Chat support team Contact Customer Care Login with your Adobe ID, select Account Issues>Cancel my membership>Click on Show me my contact options>Choose Chat to interact with a Live Adobe chat agent, or call on the support number listed on the same page.
