As per the description, you are not able to export PDF file properly into an Excel, Is that correct?
Please try to export the PDF file by using the online service, sign in to Adobe Export PDF service at https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password, and check. About Export PDF: https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/help/using-exportpdf.html
You can also use the Adobe Reader DC to use the service, download Reader: PDF reader, PDF viewer | Adobe Acrobat Reader DC
