I have a problem downloading converted PDF files to Word from Acrobat Reader DC. At the very first step.  Just right after selecting the PDF file to export, the error message pops up.  I cannot open this page also https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

After clicking on it a new window opens and says Safari cannot open this page. Also I have a problem saving files on my computer.

Hi Bilianab,

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

If your machine is connected to your office network, there is likely firewall restricting you to use these services.

I checked your account and your subscription for Adobe PDFPack is normal and active. There seems no problem with the subscription status.

You may check this help document and try the suggestion from it: Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).

Let us know if that helps any. Will be waiting for your response.
