I have had Adobe Send for years.

I have had Adobe Send for years. I logged on a week ago and now I cannot log in. The site is asking me pay again for a service that has not yet expired. Is this some form of temporary issue?

About 90 minutes after I posted that message it just started working again. No further problems.

As per the description above, you are not able to use the Adobe Send and Track services, Is that correct?

The record shows that you are subscribed to an active subscription of Adobe Send and Track. To manage your account and use the services, sign in to https://cloud.acrobat.com/send with your Adobe ID and password.
