I have just been debited for USD 14.99 toward subscription of Adobe Pro DC. However, I have not received any confirmation/acknowledgement from Adobe. I now wish to cancel this subscription. Please advise how to get this cancelled.

I have been debited USD 14.99 towards subscription of Adobe Pro DC. Although I receive a message from the bank saying that the amount has been debited, I have not received any intimation/confirmation/acknowledgement from Adobe. I now wish to cancel this subscription. How do I know whether this amount has already been debited? If so, request you to please cancel this subscription
