I keep getting a request to update my payment information. I did check it and it's correct. Why do i keep getting this message? And why can't i talk to a human about it?

I keep getting a request to update my payment information.  I did check it and it's correct.  Why do i keep getting this message?  And why can't i talk to a human about it?

As per the issue description mentioned above, you are getting message to update the payment information, is that correct?

As we have checked the account details using the email address you are logged into the forums, you have a subscription for export pdf (currently in grace period).

Try confirming your payment info using the steps given in the following help document:
