As per the description above, you want to convert a PDF which is in the Greek language, Is that correct?

The language does not impact the conversion of PDF file into another format, but you should have the Font installed on the machine to get the better output.

If you are trying to convert a scanned PDF file, then it should be scanned in more than 250 DPI, and the font used initially with the PDF should be there in the machine.

For conversion, you can use the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf
