Hi Julie,

Sorry for the delay.

The support for "Document Cloud Services" is only available online on forums. There is no phone number that can be shared.

We need more information from you to understand the route cause of the problem. "Conversion Failure" error is not related to the subscription activation. Your subscription is up and running fine.

Hi Julie,

Sorry to hear the inconvenience caused. I believe you are accessing the service online via web browser?

The "Document Cloud Services"  https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf  site was down and there was an intermittent issue going on. Which has affected few users and impacted their document cloud services (Exporting, Creating and Combing). This has been escalated to the concern team and they have been working on the resolution.

The services should be up and running fine by now. And if it hasn't then we request you to wait for our further update. Once its resolved, we will update you with the same.

Regards,

Akanchha

Thank you!

I have tried the file conversion again today and it's still not working.

Thought that maybe I no longer had the Export plan but I checked my account and I have it until 2019

Is there a phone number I can call so that I can talk to a live person?

Thanks Julie
