I paid for export PDF but cannot access

I have a PDF file open and when I click on the Export PDF tab in the right pane, I do not get a drop down box to access Word

We have checked your account, and as per account information we see that you have subscribed for the Export PDF subscription.

But there is seems to be a problem with the payment and subscription activation. And that must be causing trouble for you to access your services.

We request you to contact our customer care billing team via chat support to get the payment settled, so that your subscription will be activated.

Let us know if you do not get this issue resolved.
