I purchased Export PDF but in Acrobat Reader when I click to convert a file it just takes me to the Subscribe page and does not convert it

I purchased Export PDF but in Acrobat Reader when I click to convert a file it just takes me to the Subscribe page and does not convert it.  I have tried some solutions in the discussion forum but so far nothing has worked.

Your account information shows that you have subscribed for the Export PDF service.

Export PDF subscription can be access online via- https://cloud.acrobat.com/  or through the desktop application Adobe Acrobat Reader DC- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

Make sure that you are "Signing In" using the correct email address under which you have made the purchase and you have installed the correct application Adobe Acrobat Reader DC not the Adobe Acrobat DC.
