It seems that you have been using our services in Adobe Reader.  If so please download Reader DC latest version from https://get.adobe.com/reader/.

You can also use our online services at https://cloud.acrobat.com with your Adobe ID and password in a browser.

I have a company configured laptop that includes Adobe Reader XI but I need to convert PDF's to PPT etc. That is why I pay personally for pack. I dont want to pay again for this.

PDF Pack is a subscription so you do not need to pay again.  You can use this service from Reader DC/11 in any desktop or in a browser.
