Looking at your requirement to get access for edit functionality you have to subscribe for the Adobe Acrobat DC. PFB for plan and pricing of Acrobat-

Hi Amyreey,

Sorry to hear about your experience.

Looking at your plan and information, I see that you have subscribed for the "PDF Pack". If you are looking for editing the pdf document then PDF Pack would not fulfill your requirement. It helps you to convert the pdf file to word, excel and ppt format and then you can edit the text in that.

You can edit the pdf file only with Adobe Acrobat DC subscription. Because this includes the "Edit" tool functionality in it.

For more information you may see- How to Use Adobe PDF Pack

FAQ | Adobe PDF Pack

For editing you may refer to the help document to understand how Adobe Acrobat works: Edit text and images in PDFs |

Hope this answers your query.

Regards,

Akanchha

For detailed information i have shared the help documents above. You have subscribed for our Adobe's plan "PDF Pack". Which initially wont help you editing a pdf file. Because it doesn't include this functionality.

If you want to edit a pdf file, then you need to go for a different plan which is called Adobe Acrobat DC.
