Incapable de convertir un document en format Word...

Lorsque je clique pour convertir un document PDF en Word, cela m'amène sur la page «Pricing ...» même si je suis inscrit et j'ai payé pour le service annuel... Que dois-je faire?

As mentioned above, that you are a subscriber of Adobe Export PDF  https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/help/using-exportpdf.html

You should be able to access the service without any trouble.

Adobe Export PDF is an online service that you can access online via- https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

You can also use the services through free desktop version of Adobe Reader- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

You just need to “Sign In” using the email (Adobe ID) under which you have subscription registered.

I assume that you have been trying to access your PDF Pack subscription through wrong application Adobe Acrobat DC not Reader DC?

For any troubleshooting, refer to- Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud...

j'ai le même problème. La page pricing apparait alors que j'ai payé mon abonnement.

C'est une arnaque ?
