I have a paid subscription for Adobe Export PDF. My old computer died, I got a new one, signed into my adobe account. I can see my purchase, but can't find any way to install it o my new computer. I only get an option to buy it again, and even if I try that, I get blocked at purchase with a note that Adobe can't license the same product twice to the same account.

Sorry to hear about your poor experience. We see that you have an active subscription registered under your account. Since its a web based service, so you can start using it on new computer as well.
Make sure that you have the correct application Adobe Reader DC installed. If you have Acrobat DC installed, then you need to uninstall it first to avoid any confusion.

2- You can also use the services through free desktop version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions
3- “Sign In” using the email (Adobe ID) under which you have subscription registered.

I have an account with yAdobe. It shows up every month on my credit card!!!!!! I no recollection of Id or numbers that I suppose that I have assigned to me!!!!!!!!!!!!! You must contact me in some other way!!!!!!!!!!!

We're not Adobe. There's no "must" for us. You need to actually contact Adobe about this.
You WILL need to remember your Adobe ID, that should be all you need - just sign in to Acrobat Reader with that, or go to the ExportPDF web site as normal.
