As per the description above, you want to check the status of your account and the subscription detail, Is that correct?
I have checked the records with your current Adobe ID and found that you are subscribed to Adobe PDFPack subscription, but the subscription is in an inactive state due to billing issue.
I have checked the reason for the billing issue and found that we are not able to charge for the subscription on the card you have in the account as payment got failed due to less credit in the card you have in the account.
