I verified my payment, quickly charged my account, and I still just keep getting errors when attempting to convert PDFs. I cannot do it online or from adobe acrobat.

As I have checked the details for your account, you are subscribed to Adobe Export PDF service(currently in an active state). Could you share the complete error message you are getting when trying to convert pdf?

Have you tried converting pdf in Adobe Reader, does that work?
