I combined 12 separate pdf documents into one pdf document (288 pages) but some documents have blank fields that do appear in their separate initial pdf document but disappear when combined into one bigger document.
I use windows 7 pro with service pack 1 64 bit operating system.

Please confirm the application you are working on?
If it is Acrobat then, Is it the most updated version of Adobe Acrobat? You may check the updates of the application.
Launch Acrobat>Help>Check for updates
Still no help, then you may please send the document to us via private message we would test the same at our end.
