My export link is missing when I open pdf files. Subscription is good so where'd my link go?

When I open a .pdf file in Adobe DC it only lists: comment, fill & sign, and more tools on the right side now.  My export link has disappeared.  I checked and my subscription is still up to date so where did my link go?  I need to edit a pdf.

We're sorry for the delayed response and inconvenience caused. As per the description above, you are not getting the ExportPDF option in Adobe Reader, Is that correct?

The record shows that you are subscribed to Adobe ExportPDF service, try exporting the PDF through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari and see if this brings any difference.

In Adobe Reader, sign out and reboot the machine, sign back in Adobe Reader and check for any pending updates of Adobe Reader from help>check for updates, reboot the machine after updating Adobe Reader and try exporting the PDF file.
