Need assistance to get this document signed. User completing signature and it's not transmitting as complete.

User executing document electronically not processing. My user claims to have had signed doc and executing "complete" and it is not showing on my dashboard as executed and his signature does not appear.

Sorry for the delay in response to your query.

Your account information says that, you are entitled to the Adobe PDF Pack subscription. How exactly you have sent the document for signature and how your users are signing the document? Are you using Adobe "Send for Signature" or any other application to Sign and send the document?

These are the steps you are referring to Send PDF documents for signature, Adobe Acrobat ?
