need converting a document help

every time I do to convert a document it gives me a crazy run around and I cannot access anything. it tell me to sign up to pay $1.99 a month to be able to covert, then when I ut in my information it says I am already registered and paid for the service ... which I did already. why can't I use the converter?

We have checked your account and found an active subscription of Adobe Export PDF registered under it. So you should be able to access the service without any trouble.

Adobe Export PDF is an online service that you can access online via- https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

Please try to sign out from the application and then sign in again with your Adobe ID and check if that helps. Also, make sure that you are signed in with the Adobe ID under which you have purchased the product.
