O's and G's have disappeared on DC PDF converted Word doc

Help, it seems that after converting a PDF to word the O's and G's have disappeared.

Is there an easy fix to this ???

Converted using PDF to word in DC but the originally in the Pdf fint files main boady of text was Avenir Roman the  conversion version was Arial

Does this happen also with an own document? Like you have a Word file, convert to PDF and convert back to Word.
