As mentioned above, that when you are trying to export a pdf it doesn't convert the entire document in one go only the first 10 pages are converting. If this is the case, the we would like to know the more information on this.
Like, what happens after 10 pages does it gives any error message to you Or just don't go further?
If you are trying the conversion online via https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf then try with a different web browser and check again.
Also, ensure that the file size shouldn't be more than 100 MB, as Document Cloud services has a limit of upload.

Also, check with the different file for testing purpose.
