PDF conversion in Word gives a blank page

Hello, I used Adobe to convert a scanned document and I got a blank page when usually I get a good conversion.

What should I do ?

Hi Genevievep,

As shared that its an scanned page, and a scanned page doesn't contain the real text. So the content of the pdf is a image which isn't converting to the word doc.

Are you experiencing this problem with one specific document or multiple files? Could you please check with a different file and conversion through the web browser?

Refer to the- https://cloud.acrobat.com/  and try the conversion through that.

Let us know if the result still comes out the same.
