I have changed my laptop and want to download the pdf export app; in spite of beging logged in it tells me to buy; when clicking on buy it tells me you have already bought the product and cannot buy it twice - what can I do?

According to our record your subscription status is cancelling stage. Please review your account status.
1. Login at https://cloud.acrobat.com with your Adobe ID and password
2. Select "My Information" at right top corner menu
3. Enter your password again
4. Select "Plans & Products" tab
Please review your credit card status from "Edit payment details" link.

Dear Hisami,
The cancelling stage is yet another year away. And I only cancelled because I was so upset how difficult or impossible it is to do the download of the app on my new laptop whilst paying a lot more than other solutions.
Can you please help me, it has nothing to do with the fact that I do not want to continue beyond June 2018 - at least for now.
