Good afternoon,

I have just purchased the PDF export online tool. I am trying to export my PDF into a word document to edit via Microsoft word. I have received my confirmation e-mail, also stating to get started "click here." Once I clicked it takes me to another page asking me for another form of payment. I called adobe's 800 number and they are saying what is happening shouldn't be, but that the trained support team would better assist me. Please help. Thanks in advance.

We apologize for the inconvinience caused, as per the description above, you are not able to use the Adobe ExportpDF service as it's asking to purchase again, Is that correct?

I have checked the records and found that the Adobe ExportPDF service on your current Adobe ID which you have used to login on Adobe Forums is Inactive and canceled .

So, if you are using the current Adobe ID to use the Adobe ExportPDF service, you will get the message to resubscribe.

If you have subscribed the service through another Adobe ID, please use the services through the other Adobe ID.

Use the services through https://cloudacrobat.com/exportpdf or you may also use the free desktop version of Adobe Acrobat Reader to use the ExportPDF service.

To download the Reader use the following URL Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution  Link: https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/

For troubleshooting, you may also refer to Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).  Link: https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-8841
