When pdf converted from WORD uploaded to Createspace they are rejected as low res.

Pics are at least 300dpi or higher.

Hi, Ajlan, thanks for responding. I upload a complete word document formatted for Createspace (a print-on-demand printer) including pictures, to pdfpack. The resulting pdf is sent to Createspace, which rejects the pictures as too low res. If I send the word file directly to Createspace, the pictures are accepted. The pictures are 300 dpi or higher, which is the Createspace requirement.

I need the pdf version to send to customers.

Hi Bart,

I would suggest then you should use Acrobat Professional Application rather than PDF pack, reason being there are predefined settings which you cant customize.

You can download and install trial version of Acrobat Professional XI and check. There are conversion settings which we can set as per our requirements.

Regards,

Ajlan Huda.
