PDF to Excel - Doesn't convert it a consistent format (or sometimes at all)

Hi,

Can someone please advise how this works? When I convert a PDF to excel, it is in a terrible format. I wanted to use this so I can save excel as a CSV file, therefore I need one transaction per line. This converts it with one transaction per line for some, multiple transactions per line for others, it really is all over the place.

A scanned PDF also doesn’t work, it doesn’t detect any data.

Anyone help?
