PDF TO WORD CONVERSION PROBLEM

pdf to word conversion causes some segments of the PDF to be turned into objects in word.  Content is still there, but within a text box. - any ideas?

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, you are facing some conversion issue with PDF, Is that correct?

Try exporting the PDF file through the browser https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari and see if this brings any difference.

Is it specific to one PDF, or is it with all the PDF files? If it is specific to one PDF, please share the PDF with us so that we can try it at our end.

To share the PDF file, use Adobe Send feature, upload the file and share the link to PDF via private message only How Do I Send Private Message
