Hi All
When I click 'Concert' the PDF does not upload and I get a brief flash of a square box frame on the screen.
I am logged-in and my subscription is up to date.

The record shows that you have an active subscription to Adobe ExportPDF on your current Adobe ID. Please try to convert the PDF file using the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a different browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari, and see if this brings any difference.

If you are using the free desktop version of Adobe Reader and facing the issue, please sign out and sign back in with your current Adobe ID and password in Adobe Reader.
