It is stuck on "converting"  All other pdfs convert just fine

Hello Ronaldl,

We're sorry for the delayed response and inconvenience caused. As per the description above, you are not able to convert a PDF to Word, Is that correct?

The record shows that you are subscribed to Adobe PDFPack services, try converting the PDF file through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a browser like Chrome or Firefox, or Safari.

If you are using the freeware Adobe Reader and facing the issue, sign out from Adobe Reader, reboot the machine and sign back in. Check for any pending updates of Adobe Reader from help>check for updates, reboot the machine after updating Adobe Reader and try converting the PDF file.

Have you tried converting other PDF files or is it specific to one PDF? is it possible to share the PDF file with us so that we can test it at our end?

To share the file, please use Adobe Send feature, login to https://cloud.acrobat.com/send using your Adobe ID(email) and password, upload the file, share the link to files via private message only, How Do I Send Private Message

is it a personal computer or an office computer? If the machine is connected to a managed network, try connecting the machine to a different network environment like a guest wireless network or a mobile hotspot and check.

You can also refer to the following Adobe article Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).

let us know how it goes and share your observation.

Thanks,

Anand Sri.
