First, I have been clicking about on the forums for about 15 minutes trying to find where I can ask this question. Consequently, there is a good chance I am in the wrong place. If that is so, please accept my apologies and direct me to the correct thread.
I have a raft of documents to scan into my PC and want to add or edit the properties of the resulting PDF files so I can filter and search for specific document bundles in the future.
I am using VBA for Excel and think I need to load the “PDFShellServer 1.0 Type Library” from Tools>References in the VBA Editor but get an error loading the dll.
I believe that it is looking for it in C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat Reader DC\Reader\AcroCEF but on inspection is not present. The path has been truncated at …\Acr but the above path is the only one that makes sense.
Can anybody tell me where I can get this library?
