No me permite subir documentos a Cloud, ya tengo instalada la ultima version del programa adobe acrobat reader y sigue sin permitirme realizar el cargo de documentos a la nube.

Sorry to hear about the trouble caused. 

Since you have mentioned Adobe Acrobat Reader, I believe you are referring to mobile application? Would you please help us understanding when exactly do you get the error. 

Also, did you try uploading the file on web via: https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/

let us know if you still can't upload any file.
