Hi Franks,

As you get the subscription page when trying to export the PDF in the application, try to sign out from the application and reboot the machine.

Then sign-in again with the same Adobe ID( email address) that you have used to purchase the subscription.

Check if that helps.

As you have mentioned that when you try to export PDF it comes up as a gibberish, it seems that you are exporting PDF online here https://cloud.acrobat.com/.

It may be possible that the fonts used in that PDF are not embedded in it.

Can you check the document properties?

To check that, open the PDF in the application and go to File > Properties > Fonts.

If this is an issue with the particular PDF, can you share the file with us?

You can share a file using the steps mentioned here How to share a file using Adobe Document Cloud.

If you have any questions or need any help, feel free to update the thread.

Regards,

Meenakshi

Hi Frank,

As the fonts are not available in the document properties, it seems to be the file specific issue.

As the PDF is not created in Acrobat there is nothing much that can be done from our end.

I would suggest that to ask the PDF creator to embed the fonts in the PDF.

You may also try recreating the PDF in Acrobat and check if that works for you.

Let us know if you need any help.

Regards,

Meenakshi
