Hey Suzies,

Looking at the information above, I assume that you have been getting the incorrect conversion format after exporting a scanned pdf to word?

Adobe Export pdf have the capability of running an OCR on a scanned pdf and convert it into the editable word document. But the quality of converted pdf depends on the quality of pdf you start with.

If this happens with one pdf then you may check anoth pdf and check the quality of word file. It could be a pdf specific issue.
