As per the issue description mentioned above, you are asking to subscribe when trying to export whereas you already has a subscription to the service, is that correct?
Looking at your account information, we see that you have an active subscription of Adobe Export PDF. Export PDF subscription can be access online via: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf or in Adobe Reader desktop application.
Make sure you are using the latest version of Adobe Reader to export pdf: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions
Also, make sure that you are "Signing In" using the correct email address under which you have made the purchase.
