Já possuo o adobe e estou precisando transformar pdf em word e ele não executa.  Envia sempre para a página de compra.  Eu digo que irei comprar e ele já informa que já possuo.  Como proceder?

Hi Anaritao,

That shouldn't be the case with you as Adobe Export PDF seems to be active in your account.

I assume that the Export pdf tool that you have been using was through the desktop application Adobe Acrobat DC? If you have ever used the trial version of Adobe Acrobat DC, then you need to uninstall it first to use the Export PDF service. As it works with the free application Adobe Reader DC only not the Acrobat DC.

We have checked your account and found an active subscription of Adobe Export PDF.

Follow the steps mentioned below, to activate the subscription.

1- Export PDF is an online service that you can use online via: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

2- You can also use the services through free desktop version of Adobe Acrobat  Reader DC: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

3- “Sign In” using the email (Adobe ID) under which you have subscription registered.
