Hello, I have a problem with Adobe Document Cloud. Indeed, when i send a revision link to share a document to review. Some people get the "review as a guest" button and other people in the same company (with the same IT equipment) don't have the "review as a guest" button.

Do they all open the file in the same application (and the same version of that application)?

The problem is in the use of ADOBE DOCUMENT CLOUD, so there is no application used, the whole process is done online on ADOBE DOCUMENT CLOUD with a browser :

The process:

1) uploading a document to ADOBE DOCUMENT CLOUD

2) use of share by indicating the email of the recipient

3) the recipient receives an email with a button inviting him to click, a window opens:

- he has the choice to review the document on ADOBE DOCUMENT CLOUD as a guest (without Adobe account or with an adobe account).

The problem is that some recipients who are in the same IT environment do not have this guest choice but only with Adobe account.

And we don't understand why

The problem is that some recipients who are in the same IT environment do not have this guest choice but only with Adobe account.

Could be a possibility that they are already Signed In in Adobe. Ask them to check if they aren't Signed In in Adobe Document already or been asked to Sign In?

Recommend to use a different web browser to "Review" PDF or delete cache or cookies for the current one and then try.
