I have Adobe PDF Pack, but every time I try to sign anything it takes me to an upgrade screen. I thought Sign was part of the PDF pack so why can't I do it without having to upgrade my account?

Hi Benjamind,

Sorry for the delay.

If you are referring to the Adobe Sign feature, then this can not be used with the Adobe PDF Pack. Because Adobe Sign service comes with the Acrobat DC subscription or individual subscription of Adobe Sign.
