I recently subscribed to the Adobe PDF Pack because I needed to convert PDFs to picture files like JPEGs.  However, though I can convert to Word files, the option to convert to picture files is simply not there.  When I bought the pack, I made sure that functionality was included (it is checked off in the screenshot), so I'd like to know how I can do this.  Thank you.

Hello ahazzard2

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, you are not able to convert a PDF file into JPG/PNG, Is that correct?

The record shows that you are subscribed to Adobe PDFPack on your current Adobe ID, using the Adobe PDFPack, you can easily convert a PDF file into JPG/PNG using the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf with your Adobe ID and password.

Try exporting the PDF on a different browser like Firefox, or Safari or try clearing the cache and cookies of Chrome, and see if this brings any difference.

If you are using the free desktop version of Adobe Reader and get the error message, sign out and sign back in with your current Adobe ID and password in Adobe Reader DC and try exporting the PDF file.

For more troubleshooting, refer to Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).

Let us know how it goes.

Regards,

Anand Sri.
